Job summary

Solution Recruitment seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Immingham Ro-Ro Terminal project. You will oversee subcontract administration, cost reporting, and change management while supporting the main contract economics and design teams.

You will manage NEC contracts, evaluate compensation events, and produce monthly cost/value reports for senior management. Strong English, degree- level qualification, and CSCS are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC 3/4 contracts and administering NEC subcontracts (Option A/B/C/E).
• Experience with a Main Contractor on large Civil Engineering/infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of EU/UK procurement requirements.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Teamwork and accountability with a focus on quality and value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontract administration for design/site setup, civils, marine and MEP works.
• Manage and administer NEC subcontracts and PSC agreements.
• Lead monthly payment processes and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate change management with the package manager and assess compensation events.
• Support design teams with cost information and NEC requirements.
