Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a long-established UK construction and civil engineering firm on a £100m+ Marine Infrastructure project in Essex. You will bring a civil engineering background and NEC contract knowledge to the commercial team.

You will manage budgets, prepare monthly CVRs, oversee sub-contractor procurement, certify payments, and mentor site and office colleagues while liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Background in civil engineering/infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze project budgets and CVRs.
• Pre-qualify and procure sub-contractors' documentation.
• Certify interim payments and manage payment notices.
• Identify and advise on commercial risks and contract issues.
• Lead and mentor the Commercial team across site and office.
• Maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders.
