Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial aspects of major civil engineering projects. You will develop commercial strategies, prepare reports and manage subcontractor accounts to ensure financial and contractual targets are met.

The role requires a deep understanding of NEC 3/4 contracts, proven experience in large infrastructure delivery, and a recognised qualification in civil engineering or commercial disciplines.

Qualifications

• NEC 3/4 contract terms knowledge is required.
• Experience managing commercial tasks on large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate effectively.
• A recognised civil engineering or commercial qualification is essential.
• Familiarity with site tickets and health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
