Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will administer NEC contracts, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive cost control and governance across multiple work packages.

You will mentor junior surveyors, collaborate with engineering and procurement teams, and ensure robust financial reporting and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience in infrastructure/engineering sectors.
• Strong NEC contracts knowledge with budgeting, forecasting and final accounts.
• Demonstrable ability to manage compensation events, change control and forecasting.
• Commercial acumen with risk, procurement and governance experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring commercial team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and cost management activities for work packages.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow profiles.
• Administer NEC contracts including compensation events and change control.
• Manage valuations, interim applications and final accounts.
• Lead procurement, tendering and subcontractor management.
• Provide cost assurance and commercial governance across projects.
• Produce detailed commercial reports and financial forecasts.
• Mentor junior quantity surveyors and collaborate with project teams.
