Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with civil/infrastructure experience.
• Proficient in NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Experience managing subcontract accounts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of major civil engineering and infrastructure works.
• Administration of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts.
• Procurement and management of subcontractors.
• Cost reporting, forecasting, valuations and CVRs.
• Management of compensation events and change control.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, operational teams and the supply chain.
• Supporting the successful commercial delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project.
