Qualifications

• Extensive experience in new build and fit-out projects as a senior surveyor.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage project budgets and subcontractor costs.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills; able to negotiate and influence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the project’s commercial resources.
• Prepare and manage the project budget and cost reports.
• Procurement of subcontractors and agreement of subcontract conditions.
• Maintain commercial control of subcontract packages and variations.
• Provide contractual guidance to the Project Manager and liaise with clients.
