Job summary

ConstructionJobs.ie is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial projects on sites across Northern Ireland, including Belfast and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in a main contractor role, with a proven track record on commercial projects. You will manage procurement, costs and tender documents to ensure projects stay within budget, reporting to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with a main contractor on commercial projects.
• Experience of managing procurement and costs to keep within budget.
• Ability to prepare tender and contract documents, including BOQs, and manage supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sites within Northern Ireland.
• Oversee procurement and cost control on construction projects to meet budget.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, and manage supply chain.
• Collaborate with project manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
