Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Consultant Senior QS or QS to join a major Oxford scheme building a pedestrian and cycle bridge over the River Thames as part of the Oxpens/West End regeneration. The role requires Main Contractor experience and NEC contract knowledge, with MMHW familiarity a plus.

On-site presence is expected for at least 3 days a week. Based near Oxford, you will contribute to a long-term project with competitive day rates outside IR35 and potential future

Qualifications

• Experience as QS on Main Contractor
• Knowledge of NEC contracts advantageous
