Main duties and responsibilities
To be considered for this position you will have at least 3-5 years previous experience within a QS or Senior QS role ideally within an engineering or construction environment. You will be Degree level qualified or be a holder of a professional qualification accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret and understand contract documents, scopes of works and contract drawings and skilled in financial cost control, value recovery and change management. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driver's license is required.
