Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major construction project in Suffolk. The role starts in September and focuses on managing commercial aspects on a high-value scheme with significant responsibilities.

We are looking for candidates with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background, adept at contracts, procurement, cost reporting, and final accounts, and who excel in stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractor (BAM, Willmott Dixon, Morgan Sindall, Kier, Galliford Try, Sir Robert McAlpine, VINCI, Laing O''Rourke or similar).
• Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of projects valued at £60m+.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
