Fairmead Managed Services LTD is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term, site-based role in Weybridge. The role covers commercial leadership on a major infrastructure project, including valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts, with NEC4 contract management for client and supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have NEC4 Option A experience, a relevant degree or HNC, and a full UK driving licence; previous civils contractor experience is essential for success in this permanent

Qualificações

• Proven Senior QS experience with a main or civils contractor.
• NEC4 Option A experience essential
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Comfortable running the commercial function on a project without a Managing QS over you every day
• Full UK driving licence

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR — WEYBRIDGE

Fairmead are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, for a long-term scheme in Weybridge.

Overview of role

• Location: Weybridge, Surrey
• Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 plus package
• Permanent, site-based on a major infrastructure project
• Running the commercial side of the project day to day — valuations, CEs, cost reporting, subcontract procurement and final accounts
• Managing the NEC4 contract with the client and supply chain, and keeping the early warning and compensation event process on top of itself
