The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Ideally, you'll:

• Be a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash flow.
• Have prior experience with Construction Management projects.
• Manage various commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract management through to final accounts.
• Be keen on minimizing risks and costs while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
• Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors with main contracting organizations.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Pre-contract and post-contract experience.
• Ability to analyze data and strategize for the business's direction.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
