About The Role

There are two Senior Quantity Surveyor roles:

1. Project at Harrow School: Sports & Leisure, £70m, 3-year duration, mixed concrete and steel frame, corium cladding, swimming pools & sports halls. Office-based until March 2026. Leading the commercial team, reporting to MQS.
2. MOJ Prison: PPC 2000 contract, £50m, 3 years, MEPH services upgrades/replacements, fire door replacements. Commercial lead reporting to MQS.

You will work within the Construction London & Home Counties division, providing commercial expertise, accurate reports, and ensuring contract targets are met.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing projects individually, especially on 2-stage projects
• Significant experience in the main contracting market on schemes between £10m and £70m, including education, healthcare, prison, and leisure
• Minimum 10 years Tier 1 experience
• HNC / Degree in commercial management or related field, or RICS membership
• Strong knowledge of management systems like Commercial Manager, COINS, Sphere
• Proven team management experience
