Job Description:

Overview: Senior Quantity Surveyor role based in Cambridgeshire, offering up to £90,000. Specializing in Earthworks and Civil Engineering projects.

Company: A reputable regional earthworks contractor with a turnover of approximately £60m annually, operating throughout the East Midlands and East Anglia. The company is experiencing growth with a busy project pipeline for the next 24 months, managing projects valued from £20,000 to £30,000,000.

Responsibilities: Managing all schemes within the current portfolio, overseeing 6 Quantity Surveyors, with a focus on financial reporting and contract management. Knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts is desirable.

Requirements:

• Experience with NEC & JCT contracts
• Background in main contracting, civil engineering, or earthworks
• At least 2-3 years in a similar role
• Able to commute to Cambridgeshire offices
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
