Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide comprehensive commercial support for our framework contract with Northumbrian Water. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting valuations, identifying, pricing, and agreeing on compensation events, finalizing accounts, costing new schemes, and supporting the preparation of regular cost-value reconciliations, budgets, and quarterly forecasts. The role also involves monitoring revenue and costs in real-time.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 to 15 years of experience working for a major construction contractor, preferably within the utilities sector. Knowledge and previous experience with the installation and maintenance of clean water networks will be highly advantageous.
