Job summary

Smart 4 EPC in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key commercial tasks, provide independent decision-making, and report to a Project Manager or Commercial Manager on project commercial matters. The role offers autonomy and exposure to major infrastructure projects in the region.

The position requires NEC contract experience, a track record on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects, and professional membership (RICS/ICES/CIOB).

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Solid NEC contract experience
• Track record on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects
• RICS, ICES or CIOB membership
• The right to work in the UK

Responsibilities
