Job summary

Smart 4 EPC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Birmingham. You will lead key commercial tasks with autonomy, report to a Project Manager or Commercial Manager, and protect the commercial position through strong contractual and legal knowledge.

You will mentor junior team members, work closely with the delivery team to resolve challenges, and manage tender packages, subcontractor appointments, and evaluations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Solid NEC contract experience.
• Track record on large infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• RICS, ICES or CIOB membership.
• Right to work in the UK.
