Job summary

Foster & May, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

You will work across a wide range of sectors including industrial, residential, retail, hotels and office, in a family‑style team of 15 QS who value a supportive culture.

Qualifications

Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
MRICS is desirable.
PQS consultancy background preferred.
Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Work on a wide variety of projects across sectors (industrial, residential, retail, hotels, office).
Operate within a family‑style office culture and collaborate with a team of 15 QS.
Provide pre and post contract services and lead project workflows.
