Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a flagship London infrastructure project on a hybrid basis in Twickenham. This contract role spans from pre-construction through to delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for NEC contract administration, cost control, procurement of subcontract packages and robust commercial reporting.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Twickenham / Hybrid | £460-£475/day Outside IR35

I'm currently supporting one of the UK's leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractors in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship infrastructure project in London. This is a great opportunity to join a large and settled team that will support you throughout the project.

This is a long-term contract opportunity on a high-profile scheme that is still in its early stages, offering the chance to play a key commercial role from pre-construction through to delivery. Successful delivery of this project can and will lead to further contract assignments within the framework.

Requirements

Rate: £460-£475 per day (Outside IR35, subject to review)
