Job summary

Rogers McHugh is recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of high‑value care home and residential projects around Southampton. This permanent, on‑site role requires a strong track record on similar schemes and the ability to manage procurement, valuations, and final accounts.

You will use COINS to track financials and report to senior management, while mentoring junior QS staff and collaborating with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

The Role:

Commercial lead on £10m+ care home/residential projects
