Job summary

Kier Group plc. in Waterbeach, Cambridge, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial resources on construction projects and maximise profitability. The role involves supervising subcontractors and valuing work to support invoicing and payments.

Job description

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Waterbeach, Cambridge. Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to manage the commercial resources of exciting construction projects in the Waterbeach area. You'll play a key role in maximising project profitability through the strategic placement and control of contracts and subcontracts, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.

What will you be responsible for?
