A leading engineering and construction firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage key projects including a cancer research facility in Oxford. This role involves comprehensive surveying duties, contract management, and mentoring junior colleagues. Theopportunity:
Expanded Structures are the specialist reinforced concrete basement, sub and superstructure frame construction division of Laing O'Rourke and are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
This opportunity would be working on a 6-star cancer researchfacility, laboratory, clinic and wellness centre adjacent to the established Oxford Science Park (SE of city). The project is to be constructed on 2 separate plots with a link bridge (Woodland Walk) connection.
