Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to play a key role on a major infrastructure project? We are seeking a commercially astute and motivated QS to join our dynamic team, delivering a high-profile water treatment facility near Oxford – one of the largest and most critical projects in the region.

About the Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of a multi-disciplinary project team, managing all commercial aspects from pre-construction through to final account. You'll have the opportunity to shape delivery strategies, manage subcontractor relationships, and ensure the project remains on track financially, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial management of subcontract packages and procurement strategies
• Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, valuations, forecasts and final accounts
• Ensure contract compliance (NEC3/4), risk mitigation and value engineering
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and client representatives
• Mentor and support junior commercial staff

About You:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Proven experience on major infrastructure or utilities projects (water sector experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment near Oxford
