Equans is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. The offer includes a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, and benefits package.
This role is ideal for an experienced senior quantity surveyor in the social housing or local authority sector seeking a new opportunity or an experienced quantity surveyor looking to advance their career.
As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the day-to-day commercial control, reporting, and management of multiple projects from award to final account.
You will be responsible for a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring effective commercial control of all projects, including the preparation of CVRs, budget forecasts, Contribution Action Plans, and cash flow forecasts. Working with the Procurement Team, you will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of sub-trades and suppliers, and manage the production of final accounts, variations, extensions of time, and claims.
