We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join our team and support our growth plans for 2025. Whether you are an aspiring Quantity Surveyor on your RICS journey or an established Senior QS looking to manage a team and work on major UK projects, we offer opportunities to develop your career and skills.
In this role, you will provide pre- and post-contract commercial management advice, working closely with clients and internal teams. Your typical responsibilities include:
About You
• HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related discipline.
• Membership of RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS, or relevant Chartered Institute is desirable.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management within the UK infrastructure sector.
• Pre- and post-contract experience and familiarity with NEC3/4 contracts.
• Passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and quality delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
