As a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the senior commercial team based in West Yorkshire, managing a £20m defence project. Your responsibilities include ensuring the project remains within budget while meeting all specifications and standards.

Requirements
Essential experience includes:

• Experience in new build/refurbishment of defence projects
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• At least 5 years in a similar role for a leading construction contractor or subcontractor

Duties
Responsibilities include procurement, tender review, financial reporting, bid evaluation, mentoring, cost control, cash flow management, negotiations, compliance, cost analysis, project meetings, expenditure management, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
