VINCI Building UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own commercial delivery from feasibility to completion. The role requires strong NEC contract knowledge and extensive procurement, cost control and reporting experience.
You will work within the Midlands regional team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards. The successful candidate will contribute to pre-contract management, tender evaluation, cost control, and robust CVR reporting while
VINCI Building has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial delivery across various elements of our projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge, ideally of NEC form of contracts in order to maintain commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
Working as part of the wider Midlands regional team, you’ll help to ensure projects are procured efficiently, delivered within budget and to the highest quality, whilst exceeding the expectations of our client.
