I have just registered an interesting project requirement for one of our key clients!

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on data centre projects across Wiltshire, Bristol, and London.

This is a long-term project, starting in the next month or so. Projects are valued over £30m, so experience with large major projects is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with JCT & NEC forms of contract.

• Collaborate with designers and the project team
• Experience managing large projects
• Experience working on data centre projects from concept to completion
• CAT A & CAT B fit-out experience

Location: Bristol, London, and Wiltshire

Duration: 12 months

The role will be based on-site full-time, with some flexibility once the project is underway.
