Role Overview:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Dalkia Engineering, you will lead all commercial aspects of our projects, including cost control, change management, risk management, and cost value reconciliations. You will work with a dedicated team on complex MEP projects such as research laboratories, hospitals, MOD projects, exhibition centres, and commercial offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial aspects of projects, guiding procurement, cost control, change management, risk management, and cost-value reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project leads, reporting to the regional commercial manager.
• Manage and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience with a major MEP contractor preferred; diverse experience is welcome.
• Proven track record leading MEP schemes valued at £10m+.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Nav is desirable.
