Job Description
One of the leading housebuilders in the North-East of Scotland requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Aberdeen-based team.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the cost management process for residential projects. You will ensure that developments are delivered on budget while upholding the company's high standards and values. Key responsibilities include cost management, procurement, valuation of variations, contract administration, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.
It is desired applicants hold proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally within the residential construction sector. A strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management and procurement processes, and strong interpersonal and communication skills is required, along with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
