Job summary

The Abbey in Manchester is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civil infrastructure team delivering projects up to £100m+. You will manage commercial aspects, assess risk, and support NEC contract administration across highways, earthworks, drainage and structures.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a contractor delivering projects up to 100m+ in value.
• Strong experience working with NEC forms of contract.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement and commercial relationships.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure schemes.
• Proven track record delivering civil engineering projects including highways, earthworks, drainage, structures and associated infrastructure.
