Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Bellrock, you will manage pre and post contract cost duties on residential and mixed-use projects, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality services tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, estimating, cost planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, programmes, and procurement processes from inception to completion.
• Produce estimates, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, chair meetings, and produce project reports.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams, develop client relationships, and seek new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and promote sustainable practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Quantity Surveying Degree from a UK university, RICS-accredited.
• Chartered MRICS or working towards it, with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
• Understanding of RIBA Plan of Work stages and full project lifecycle experience.
• Experience in professional services, procurement routes, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid technical knowledge.
• Right to work in the UK, full UK driving license, willingness to travel.

Working Arrangements

Flexible working options are available. The role requires working from Ealing and across London/South East, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.
