We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Building service team in London.

What you'll do:

• Ensure you abide by and work in line of the Skanska Laser focus plan.
• Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled.
• Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract.
• Monitor and manage the contract procedures, payments, variations together with contract entitlements.
• Monitor and manage dispute management procedures.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Experience of commercially running large MEP projects.
• Previous experience at SQS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £10-50M.
• Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law.
• Experience with NEC and Design and Build forms of contract.
• Client facing experience.
• SMSTS.
