The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide high contractual and commercial advice and support to their respective Project Surveyor(s) and commercial team(s). This will be a number 2 on site, reporting into the commercial lead.
The Project:
This is a fantastic £135m, Grade II listed, cut and carve project based in the heart of London and we will be transforming the existing Edwardian building into a high-end commercial and mixed-use space.
The project is a short walk from Moorgate/Liverpool St stations.
