Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new and exciting job opportunity?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Macen you will play a lead role in managing multiple projects throughout the full construction project lifecycle.

You will be expected to manage financial control ensuring that projects are accurately reported and completed within budget, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, detailed cost plans and budgets for projects throughout all phases.

- Prepare and analyse detailed tender documents and tender bids

- Draft and administer different forms of building contracts independently

- Conduct risk assessments and provide strategies on potential financial impacts/opportunities

- Conduct site visits and manage contractors and subcontractors- Ensure accurate project reporting, and final accounts

- Collaborate and effectively liaise with clients, project teams to ensure timely completion within agreed budgets

Qualifications:

- BSc (Hons) and / or MRICS qualified

- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Strong understanding of cost management and contract law

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects at one go
