My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire with a large order book, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting new project near Epsom, Surrey.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

1. Manage subcontractor procurement
2. Handle payments
3. Manage variations
4. Prepare Contractor's Valuation Reports (CVRs)
5. Final accounts management

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years post-qualified Quantity Surveyor experience
• Experience with top Main Contractors
• Experience with large structural steel build projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
