Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor – High-End Projects

£100,000 inclusive of travel

Central London

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor specialising in super-prime residential and embassy refurbishments across Central London.

Role Highlights

• Salary up to £100,000 per annum
• Office based in Central London, with projects mainly in West London.
• High-end fit outs and complex cut-and-carve refurbishments
• Involvement in two-stage tenders, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Schemes typically include bespoke joinery, high-spec kitchens and bathrooms, swimming pools and luxury wellness spaces

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering high-end refurbishments in the £5m–£30m range
• Strong understanding of two-stage procurement and contract negotiation
• Confidence working with high net worth individuals and exacting clients
• Excellent commercial judgement, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded QS to take the lead on some of the most prestigious and technically complex projects in London.
