Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor - Lead & Build a Specialist MEP Team

A highly respected, multidisciplinary cost consultancy is seeking a driven Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead and expand their in-house MEP division from their London office near Holborn. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing MEP function while delivering high-profile, multi-sector projects.

The Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in shaping the consultancy's dedicated MEP team, overseeing the delivery of expert cost management services on complex building services packages across:

• Healthcare
• Education
• Commercial
• Residential
• Defence
• Heritage

Initially, you'll take the lead on MEP cost management, handling pre-contract cost planning, procurement, value engineering, and post-contract valuations, all while delivering a client-centric service. As the team expands, you'll be at the forefront of recruitment, mentoring, and strategic growth, with a clear pathway to Director-level.

The Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor

The successful Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• The ability to work in a client facing role
• The desire to grow and lead a team
