Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major data centre project in Canary Wharf. You’ll take commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account, delivering major packages on a high-profile construction programme.

You bring strong main contractor experience on large commercial new-builds, with proven procurement, cost reporting and contract management skills. Data centre exposure is desirable but not essential, with clear path to Commercial Manager.

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Package

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience to move into the fast‑growing and lucrative data centre sector.

You’ll join a leading contractor delivering a major data centre project in Canary Wharf. Previous data centre experience is not essential. The business is open to Senior Quantity Surveyors from large commercial new‑build projects who can bring strong main contractor experience and full commercial knowledge.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong main contractor experience
• Experience working on large commercial new‑build projects
• Able to manage major packages independently
• Strong procurement, cost reporting and subcontract management experience
• Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial risk
• Confident dealing with project teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related subject preferred
• Data centre experience is useful but not essential
