Job summary

Cumming Group in London is seeking a driven Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on high-profile projects across construction, real estate, and infrastructure. You’ll own cost plans from feasibility through to completion and advise clients to influence key decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role offers ownership, interaction with clients, and real opportunities to progress within a growing, ambitious team.

Your Experience

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or similar MRICS (or working towards, preferred5+ years' experience in cost management or consultancyStrong knowledge of JCT and NEC contractsExperience across pre- and post-contract stagesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
