Job summary

Borne Resourcing Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a live £10m new build care home project in Gravesend. The role is site-based and freelance (Ltd Co), working alongside the Contracts and Project Managers to steer the job through to completion.

Candidates should have 6+ years with a main contractor and a background in care homes or residential schemes, with proven CVR, payments and subcontractor management skills.
