Job summary

Borne Resourcing Limited is seeking a Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to take commercial accountability on a live £20m new build residential project in Eastry, Kent. This permanent, site-based role requires hands-on leadership of procurement, CVR, variations and cost reporting.

You will manage subcontractor payments and work closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive the delivery of 94 homes over an ~80-week programme.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience on residential projects.
• Strong background in new build residential with a £20m project.
• Site-based, hands-on approach and able to lead procurement, CVR, variations and cost reporting.
• Experience managing subcontractor payments and cost reporting.
• Ability to work closely with the Project Manager and site team.

I'm working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a new build residential development in Eastry, Kent.

This is a site-based position taking ownership of a live £20m scheme, working closely with the operational team through delivery and ultimately final account.

The Project

• £20m new build residential development

The Role

• Commercial management of the project from procurement through to final account
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• CVRs, valuations, variations and cost reporting
