A highly respected Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established team in Glasgow.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
As part of this expanding team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a diverse portfolio of projects, covering both refurbishment and new-build developments.
Sectors include higher education, local authority, residential, social housing, private homes, hotels & leisure, commercial developments, retail, community projects, and restoration/conservation.
You will be responsible for delivering expert cost management services, mentoring junior surveyors, and engaging directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
- A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Construction Consultancies
- Experience managing small teams or a desire to do so is beneficial
- A successful track record leading projects to completion
- A valid UK driving license
