Job summary

Marks Consulting Partners in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to lead projects from feasibility through final account. You will deliver cost plans, estimates, tenders and procurement advice while managing valuations, change control, reporting and commercial risk for varied clients across sectors.

MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree and strong consultancy experience is required; experience with JCT/NEC contracts and client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Quantity Surveying degree.
• Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract services.
• Confident with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to final account.
