Job summary

Marks Consulting Partners Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to lead projects from feasibility to final account, driving cost plans and procurement advice.

You will manage valuations, change control and commercial risk while mentoring junior surveyors and building strong client relationships across sectors, collaborating with surveyors, PMs, and designers.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and a Quantity Surveying degree are required.
• Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract services.
• Confident with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects.

The role

About you

• MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent

• Credible, clear and confident with clients
• Public-sector experience is useful, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred
