A construction group based in Aberdeen requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This organisation boasts a significant portfolio of successfully delivered high-value projects across the North-East of Scotland within a variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial.

This contractor delivers projects ranging on average from 50,000 to 40mil from refurb and extensions to new builds and minor works. • Applicants should have experience as the commercial lead on high-value bespoke contracts
• Applicants in a QS role looking to make a step-up to Senior QS will be considered
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
