Senior Quantity Surveyor – SME Housebuilder

Evesham | Up to £65,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan are working with a growing SME residential developer in Evesham, who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their small but high-performing team.

This business offers a refreshing alternative to the big PLCs — with greater autonomy, direct client/developer contact, and the chance to really impact your projects from day one.

Key responsibilities:

Full commercial management of 20–100 unit sites

Contract negotiation, procurement and subcontract management

Site visits and financial reporting to Managing Director

Supporting project teams from pre-construction through to handover

About you:

• Previous experience within housebuilding or residential contracting
• Confident managing multiple projects at different stages
• Capable of working autonomously and prioritising workload
• Passion for delivering high-quality residential schemes
