I am working exclusively with a highly regarded, medium-sized construction consultancy based in London, who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This consultancy has built an excellent reputation in the market, delivering projects across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, and PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation). Responsibilities

• Managing cost consultancy services across multiple projects to ensure delivery is on time and within budget
• Involvement from early feasibility through to final accounts
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and contributing to business success
• Providing full pre- and post-contract cost management services
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Managing contracts, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Leading client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
