The Company:
An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced individual in the Derby and surrounding area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact on clients.
Our client is a fledging Main Contractor with a multiple offices across the UK. They currently enjoy a turnover of £150 million and are in the market for either a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to run their projects around the East Midlands (Derby, Nottingham).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and an experienced Senior/Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!
About You:
•Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing schemes between £250,000 - £10million
• Previous experience as a Senior/Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Derby
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
