Kier Group in Stepps / Moredun is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the day-to-day commercial management of an £85M retrofit project. You will oversee project commercial staff and ensure value for money from feasibility to delivery, working from Stepps / Moredun with a 40-hour week and flexible hours.
You will manage procurement, subcontractor relationships, and CVR reporting, applying NEC/JCT knowledge to control cost and risk on high-rise residential work.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead the day-to-day commercial management of an £85M retrofit project in Moredun, involving the upgrade of multiple high-rise towers to bring them up to energy efficiency and safety standards. Working from feasibility and market testing stage through delivery and completion, you'll oversee project commercial staff and ensure that Kier commercial targets are maintained whilst managing cost, risk, and value for money.
